Velkommen til årets coachingkonferanse i 8. mai 2025 i Oslo:
Bridging the Gap: Preserving humanity in a chaotic world
How we Live, Lead, and Love

English version below

ICF Norway invites you to this year’s coaching conference in Oslo on 8 May 2025:

Bridging the Gap: Preserving Humanity in a Chaotic World – How we Live, Lead, and Love

This year, our conference will focus on the impact of coaching and heart-powered leadership in a world overwhelmed by disruption. We aim to connect the art and science of coaching with the significant shifts occurring in our world, including technological advancements, leadership changes, and demographic trends.

As loneliness and mental health issues rise, and we become more individualistic and screen-bound, we witness dramatic increases in sick leave, depression, and loneliness. How can coaching help us preserve humanity in such a chaotic world? How can fostering coaching skills in leaders help preserve humanity in our organizations and positively impact many of the challenges we face today?

To address these concerns, we are thrilled to welcome Dr. Marcia Reynolds(MCC) to our conference! Marcia is a master trainer and multi-bestselling author dedicated to spreading the impact of coaching and heart-powered leadership. She was the 5th global chair of the International Coaching Federation and one of the first 25 people in the world to become a Master Certified Coach (MCC). Recognised by Global Gurus as a top five coach, she has also been honoured by the International Coaching Federation’s Circle of Distinction and the Coaches50 list.

Alongside Marcia, we are excited to welcome Toril Grave(MCC) from Learn Coaching with Anita Sellgren Normann(ACC) from KPMG, Nina Marie Line from Equinor, and Henrik Melsom from Wood Norway, to explore the impact of coaching skills within organizations.

And there will be more to come! .

We hope you will join us for this memorable day in Oslo on 08 May 2025! Reserve your ticket now to benefit from our early-bird discount.

New for 2025!

Building Bridges for Coaching in Norway!
In the spirit of this year’s conference theme, Bridging the Gap: Preserving Humanity in a Chaotic World, ICF Norway is proud to collaborate with Den Norske CoachForening DNCF, GPO | Gestalt Praktiserende i Organisasjoner, EMCC Norge, LEARN Coaching og OPTIVIS LIFE AND BUSINESS ACADEMY as partners for this year’s event.

This year, bridge-building isn’t just about the world out there, it’s about what’s closer to home. As coaching organisations, we are bilding bridges o each other, elevating coaching to new heights, and learning along the way. Wea re moving toward the same goal – just dancing difference dances.

Through our work on the Norwegian coaching standard, we have seen how much we can learn from each other—and how much stronger we become when we share knowledge, inspiration, and insights across coaching modalities.

This partnership is about more than just a conference—it’s a step toward a more transparent, inclusive, and supportive coaching community. We look forward to sharing knowledge, experiences, and ideas with all of you!
