ICF Finland continues the discussion on coaching related research. We are inviting you to a session, in which two Finland-based researchers present and discuss their research with the participants. Dr. Raija Salomaa has worked as an Executive Coach since 2005 and is a PCC certified coach. She has completed her PhD on coaching of international managers at the University of Vaasa’s Business School. In the webinar Raija will discuss some features impacting coaching of an international careerist and present the career capital framework, useful in the context of expatriation and career coaching. Natalia Fey, MBA in International Business (Sweden), is a certified organizational coach, the founder of an intercultural coaching & training company, and is currently a pre-final year doctoral researcher at Hanken School of Economics. In her talk, Natalia will share key research findings and practical implications from her recent publication “How global leaders learn from international experience: Reviewing and advancing global leadership development”.
